Diversity & Inclusion
At CAMI Energy, diversity and inclusion are not checkboxes—they are core values that shape how we think, collaborate, and lead within the energy industry. We believe that diverse perspectives drive stronger ideas, better problem-solving, and more effective energy solutions for the communities we serve.
Why Diversity Matters
The clean energy and sustainability workforce continues to face significant representation gaps. According to ASE.org, Black Americans make up only 8% of the U.S. clean energy labor force, while women represent just 27% of the workforce.
At CAMI Energy, we see this challenge as an opportunity—to build a more inclusive, innovative, and resilient energy future.
Empowering the Next Generation
CAMI Energy actively partners with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to spark interest in energy careers. Through internships, mentorship, and energy efficiency-focused coursework, we help students gain real-world exposure to engineering, data analytics, and sustainability programs.
Our goal is to inspire the next generation of energy professionals while strengthening the future of the industry.
